Hi! I’m Meg.
I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time as a teenager, and was instantly hooked. I was looking for a way to improve my flexibility and mobility for high school cross country and track, but what I found was that and so much more.
Yoga has been a consistent practice since that time over 20 years ago. The time I spend on my mat has been an invaluable part of my physical, emotional and spiritual journey through having two babies, running half marathons and doing triathlons, and just living in this beautiful, complicated world we all share.
I’m thrilled to share yoga with you as a teacher, but also as a fellow practitioner. My specific niche is right at the intersection of movement science and philosophy, blending a knowledge of the body as well as a knowledge of the mind and the deeper yogic spiritual tradition to bring class experiences that leave you feeling nourished and accomplished.
